REFUND, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview of Return Window

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase delivery date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be genuinely defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size or print).

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging (including any protective sleeves, tubes, or framing protection). Returns without original packaging will be rejected, as this is essential to prevent further damage during return transit.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Exemptions)

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This is essential to protect the value and uniqueness of our creative products:

  • Custom Orders & Commissions: Any product that has been specifically created, personalized, or commissioned for you (original art, custom framing, or personalized prints) cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Digital Products: Downloadable digital art products, e-books, or software cannot be returned once the download link has been sent.

  • Gift Cards.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours and the item has NOT been shipped or custom work started, a full refund will be processed.

  • If the item has already been shipped or if custom work/printing has begun, the cancellation request will be treated as a return (Section 2) and may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.

5. Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These include:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error (e.g., damage caused by customer handling).

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Items returned due to minor imperfections or color variations that are inherent to the printing process or the display monitor variance (unless grossly misrepresenting the product).

6. Refunds Process

  1. Initiation: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 working days.

  2. Approval: If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 7–10 working days.

6.1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the promised timeframe:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at va.dhanada@gmail.com.

6.2. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased under a promotional discount or marked as “Sale” are generally non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email detailing the damage with photographic evidence at va.dhanada@gmail.com.

8. Shipping Returns

To return your eligible product, you must mail your product to the following address:

Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item or the item was clearly damaged in transit).

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Tracking: If you are returning more expensive items (valued above ₹3,000), we strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
