1. General Shipping Information

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all products purchased through the Elev8 Studios website. We are committed to delivering your original artwork and high-quality prints safely and efficiently.

2. Processing Time

2.1. In-Stock Prints: Orders for in-stock prints typically require 3–5 business days for processing, quality check, and packaging before shipment. 2.2. Original Artwork/Custom Commissions: Original artwork and custom commissions require a processing time of 7–10 business days to allow for final varnishing, drying, and specialized, museum-quality packaging. 2.3. Packaging: All artwork is professionally packed using reinforced tubes (for rolled prints) or specialized crating/multi-layer protection (for framed works and originals) to ensure safe transit.

3. Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

Shipping times are estimates and calculated from the date of shipment, not the order date.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen logistical delays.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Domestic Shipping (India): Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery destination of the artwork and will be displayed at checkout. 4.2. International Shipping: International shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and the destination country. The customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, or taxes levied by the destination country. 4.3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover of the item to the courier service.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and the name of the courier service. You can track the status of your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

6.1. Re-Delivery: If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if no one is available to receive the package after two attempts, the package may be returned to Elev8 Studios in Belgaum. 6.2. Re-Shipping Fee: If a package is returned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for paying the full re-shipping fee to have the item sent out again.
